Placing a wreath on a headstone keeps the memory of the veteran alive. In fact, each veteran’s name is spoken aloud as the wreath is placed.

    • All of our wreaths are sponsored by individuals and businesses – Wreaths Across America receives no government funding. Our mission of Remember – Honor – Teach reaches millions of families each year because of donors like you.
    • You can donate and request that the wreath be placed on a specific grave, or simply donate for general placement.
    • We also have some expenses that must be covered by in-kind or cash donations – for instance, sound system, buses and golf carts. If you can donate for these needs please contact us at info@wreathscampnelson.org.
    • Wreaths Across America is a 501(c)3. Each $17 tax-deductible sponsorship places one wreath on a veteran’s grave.

3 ways to help:

(1) SPONSOR  WREATHS

Make a tax-deductible sponsorship ($17/wreath) online HERE or by check, payable to: Wreaths Across America and mailed to: WAA – Camp Nelson, P.O. Box 910264, Lexington, KY 40591-0264.  Write KY0103 on the memo line of your check to make sure it is processed for Camp Nelson.

(2) PARTICIPATE

  • Visit our JOIN OUR TEAM page to sign up.  We have volunteer opportunities both before and on the day of the ceremony.

(3) PROMOTE

The government does NOT provide the wreaths! Please help us let people know about WAA and how it provides a simple way to express gratitude to our fallen veterans and their surviving families.

Thank you for joining us as we:
REMEMBER our fallen
HONOR those who serve and their families
TEACH the next generation the value of freedom
